This is a maternity contract position commencing July 2018 with a growing property maintenance company based in Galway City.

The role

Responsibility for the accounts function which includes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Banking.

Management of cash flow to include weekly Cash collection, Payment processing & Bank reconciliation

Payroll processing

Submission of Revenue returns – working knowledge of ROS for PAYE/PRSI, VAT & RCT

Day to day duties related to office work

The person

Previous experience in a similar finance role

Previous payroll or HR experience would be an advantage

Working knowledge of MS Office & accounting software, TAS Books would be an advantage

Strong attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills & organisational skills
