Immediate start for a Recruiter/Administrator in Claregalway. 20 hour contract available: Monday-Friday 4-8pm.

Experience as a Recruiter not essential but a strong willingness to learn on the job essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone inquires from jobseekers & Clients.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

Requirements:

  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Being a team player.
  • Willing to show initiative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
