Our Client are currently recruiting for a Project Manager.The role would be mainly office based and we would be looking for the applicant to start as soon as possible.

It prides itself on excellent project management, high quality construction, finishes and always meeting completion dates. You would be responsible for partnering with the Project Director to develop and deliver optimal strategies for delivering energy efficiency projects and working with a team for towards the attainment of company goals.

Applicants will be involved in all elements of project management related to these works including but not limited to:
– Pricing at tender stage
– Running client meetings
– Scheduling of works
– Materials ordering
– Liaising directly with sub-contractors and clients
– Direct point of contact for clients and building managers
– Cost and variation tracking
– Health and safety implementation
– RAMS documentation
– Snagging procedures
– Project completion and sign off.
