Our Client are currently recruiting for a Project Manager.The role would be mainly office based and we would be looking for the applicant to start as soon as possible.

They specialise in implementing energy efficient projects in accordance with the requirements of the European Energy Efficiency Directive. It prides itself on excellent project management, high quality construction, finishes and always meeting completion dates. The company is certified to three international recognised management standards. We retain our market leading position through the skills of our people, the quality of our processes and the sharing of our in-depth industry knowledge.


You would be responsible for partnering with the Project Director to develop and deliver optimal strategies for delivering energy efficiency projects and working with a team for towards the attainment of company goals.



The salary is based on experience and is a competitive market salary. An opportunity to work on exciting energy efficiency projects.

Applicants will be involved in all elements of project management related to these works including but not limited to:

– Pricing at tender stage
– Running client meetings
– Scheduling of works
– Materials ordering
– Liaising directly with sub-contractors and clients
– Direct point of contact for clients and building managers
– Cost and variation tracking
– Health and safety implementation
– RAMS documentation
– Invoicing
– Snagging procedures
– Project completion and sign off.
