CLS Recruitment Group are sourcing an experienced Leinster Regional Sales Manager to make site and location calls to clients for a leading, multi-industry recruitment firm. The role involves sales, account management and customer service within the recruitment industry.

The ideal base for the position is Dublin and would require the opportunity to travel around the Leinster Region.

The Role: To maintain regular calls to existing clients to maintain business relationship and maximize sales opportunities with current clients Provide relevant feedback to office staff regarding any problems identified with clients and ensure they are reported to the relevant Manager/Supervisor.

To develop and maintain a good working relationship with new/potential clients with a view to grow our core clients base in your assigned region To promptly inform the Recruiters of all enquiries and confirmed orders from clients Accurately record all daily activities such as clients visited, sites/locations visited, contacts made, enquiries/sales received, new clients signed, etc. To ensure that all reports and administration are completed and sent to your Line Manager on time

Requirements: Must have a minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience in the Construction industry. Must be a self-starter who is able to work on own initiative. Must have excellent customer service approach and be a proven problem solver Be over 25 with Full clean drivers license.
