Our Client is an Irish owned independent company,established in 2009 as an online entity only evolving into 3 stores located in Galway City, Cork City and Letterkenny 10 years later.

Our Client is looking to hire an individual who is similar to both Directors.

A bit about the role:

The role is a combination of Human Resources and General Management. We have identified that both are closely tied in the company.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

HR Degree/Qualification

Irish Employment Law

You must have experience in the field of HR and qualifications, otherwise you will not be a suitable candidate.

HR Tasks:

– Hiring

– Contracts

– Training new employees

– Write new training manuals

– Development

– Appraisal

– Team Bonding

– Leave/Holidays

GM Tasks:

– Weekly store visits

– Weekly Management meetings

– Monthly Director Meetings

– Monitoring standards

– Identifying locations for new stores

– Opening of new stores

– Achieving Targets

– Identifying weak areas and improving
