Our Client is currently seeking a an Accounts Receivable Administrator to perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.

Accounts Receivable Administrator

Maintain Debtor’s Ledger, including:

  • Input invoices and receipts into accounts package
  • Telephone / email debtors for overdue accounts
  • Prepare lodgements for all receivables
  • Prepare monthly debtors control account
  • Print monthly reports from accounts package
  • Liaise with finance company and credit insurers
  • Complete all H&S as required

Education and Experience

  • Knowledge of accounts receivable and H&S
  • Organizing and prioritizing
